What this program is
A complete pre-purchase readiness course. It walks a household from an honest assessment of whether now is the time, through the money required up front, how a lender actually decides, how to shop for a loan, the offer and inspection process, and what it takes to keep a home once you have it.
It is not a sales funnel. The Academy earns nothing if a learner buys, and it does not recommend a lender, agent, or loan. Some people may decide to wait a year. The curriculum treats that as a successful outcome.

The certificate question
Some assistance programs and loan products require a homebuyer education certificate from a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. Upward Wealth Financial Academy is not a HUD-approved agency and cannot issue a HUD certificate. This course does not issue an Academy Certificate in the current release. If a HUD certificate is required, use an approved agency at hud.gov or call 1-800-569-4287.
